Athletes will learn mindfulness strategies to increase their readiness to perform and increase self-reflection and awareness to identify key elements that may have contributed or hindered a successful outcome. Debriefing, acknowledging, and adapting to strengthen outcome of future situations will help build confidence and positive growth.
